Why become a
registered Parishioner?
Registration not only shows you belong to a certain parish but may be necessary for certain benefits like scheduling sacraments, obtaining sponsor certificates, participating in religious education programs and getting donation statements for tax purposes.
HOW CAN I REGISTER?
Registration to become a member of the parish is easy. Click the link below to download the registration form.
Once you have completed the registration form, you can mail it, drop it off at the parish office during our office hours, or email it to: alyssa@corpuschristicatholic.org
Please note that it will take time to process your registration. Once your information has been processed, you will receive an email with your parish ID number. It may take up to two weeks after submitting the parish registration before you receive your ID number.
How long will it take and how will I know when I'm finally registered?
After completing the registration form, please allow up to 2 weeks
for someone from the office to send you your parish ID number.
Important things to keep in mind when registering:
-If you have ever registered for the parish, even if it was a long time ago, your family is still in our system. If you are unsure about your registration, or may have forgotten your parishioner ID number, please call the office so that we may confirm your registration to the parish. Please refrain from registering multiple times to avoid having duplicates.
-If you are planning on registering your children in any religious education program, it is important you have a COMPLETED registration to the parish. All family members must be in our system at the time of your meeting for registration of religious ed. You must be registered with our parish for at least a week, WITH a completed registration and a parishioner ID number.
